This machine is for our customer from India.Its for making steel grating bar,we names it hydraulic grating bar punching and cutting machine.

Its feeding by flat bar,with three cylinders working,firstly cylinder for punching hole,second cylinder for punching serration,third cylinder for cutting.Change mold can make different shapes grating bar.

Hydraulic feeding and punching machine,there is one cylinder,two cylinder,three cylinder difference based on punching different products.Free control of hole spacing: servo motor is matched with reducer for precise feeding, PLC program outputs instructions,and isometric non-isometric holes are easily controlled. Accurate hole spacing: the wallboard is processed by the machining center to ensure the precision of the accessories. The mold is made of molybdenum alum 12 forging material, which is durable. High working efficiency: independent mold design, can punch several holes at the same time. Good processing effect: straight hole bar without burr.
